ABOUT TREBUCHET AND THE MAKING OF WINDS & LEAVES

TREBUCHET is a studio founded in Montreal in 2017 with a focus on crafting innovative VR games. Our first game, Prison Boss VR, is an award-winning game available on all VR platforms. Started straight out of university, the studio rapidly became a full-fledged company working on multiple projects, but the mission stays the same: making fun games with a cool team.

TREBUCHET’s first project, Prison Boss VR, released on Steam in August 2017. Prison Boss VR was then released on PlayStation VR in December 2018 and on Oculus Quest in December 2020. The game won the 2018 Microsoft DREAM.BUILD.PLAY award as Best Mixed Reality Game. The studio has also released the multiplayer location-based game Jousting Time in different arcades throughout the world. The studio’s latest game, Winds & Leaves, is released on PS VR on July 27th, 2021 and will come in December to PC.
