1 - introduction

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before downloading or using the game ("Application").

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download or use the Application.

2 - License

Trebuchet grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

3 - Restrictions

You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

- License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make it available to any third party.

4 - Modifications to Application

Trebuchet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any connected services, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

5 -Privacy Policy and data use

5.1 Information we collect

When you use the Application, we may collect the following data:

- Non-personal information: Includes gameplay activity, motion sensor data, device operating system, VR equipment details, platform information, cookie data, and the date/time of your interactions with the Application.

- Personal information: We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) directly. However, our third-party analytics service, Unity Analytics, may collect usage data as outlined in their privacy policy. You can review Unity’s privacy policy here.

5.2 How We Use Your Data

- Gameplay optimization: We use the data to enhance the gameplay experience, ensure compatibility with various VR systems, and fix bugs.
- Analytics: Non-personal analytics help us improve the Application by understanding user behavior and engagement.

5.3 Sharing of Data

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties, except as required for analytics services through Unity. Unity Analytics may aggregate anonymous data to provide insights on how users interact with the game.

5.4 Opt-Out of Data Collection

You may disable non-personal analytics by navigating to the “Options” menu within the Application. Selecting "Non-personal analytics" will redirect you to a webpage where you can opt out of passive data collection through Unity Analytics.

5.5 Data Retention and Deletion

Data collected will be retained only for as long as needed for the purposes outlined above. Users may contact us at any time to request deletion of their non-personal data. See Section 9 for contact information.

6 - Term and Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Trebuchet.

Trebuchet may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.

This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from Trebuchet, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Application and all copies thereof from your mobile device or from your desktop.

Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your mobile device or from your desktop.

7 - Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

8 - Amendments to this Agreement

Trebuchet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 14 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
