1 - Introduction

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before downloading or using the Application ("Application").

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download or use the Application.

2 - License

Trebuchet grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

3 - Restrictions

You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make it available to any third party.

4 - Modifications to Application

Trebuchet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any connected services, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

5 - Privacy Policy and data use

5.1 Information we collect

When you use the Application, we may collect the following data:

• Non-personal information: Includes gameplay activity, device operating system, VR equipment details, platform information, and the date/time of your interactions with the Application.
• Personal information: We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) directly through the Application.
• Analytics data: The Application may use third-party analytics tools to collect non-personal usage data such as session duration, features used, and general interaction patterns.

5.2 How We Use Your Data

• Gameplay optimization: We use the data to improve performance, ensure compatibility with supported VR systems, and fix bugs.
• Analytics: Non-personal analytics help us understand how users interact with the Application and improve the overall experience.

5.3 Sharing of Data

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties, except as required for Unity's analytics services.

Unity Analytics providers may process aggregated, non-identifiable data to provide insights into Application usage.

5.4 Opt-Out of Data Collection

You may opt out of non-personal analytics data collection by contacting us at:

We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe.

5.5 Data Retention and Deletion

Data collected will be retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes outlined above.

Users may contact us at any time to request deletion of their non-personal data. See Section 9 for contact information.

6 - Term and Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Trebuchet.

Trebuchet may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.

This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from Trebuchet, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Application and all copies thereof from your mobile device or from your desktop.

Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your mobile device or from your desktop.

7 - Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

8 - Amendments to this Agreement

Trebuchet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 14 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
